With the escalating costs of energy, Speiser Dabran Management Co. strives to make our buildings and properties as energy efficient and as environmentally friendly as possible. Green Technology requires an upfront investment with long-term benefits both financially and environmentally. We’ve invested in new cost-saving smart technologies such as high-efficiency dual burning boilers, an improvement that will result in the long-term reduction of utility costs. Such improvements not only reduce operating costs, but also significantly enhance your properties’ value. Additionally, all of our properties use only natural products for the interior of the buildings, and have switched all light fixtures to the energy efficient LED bulbs.
Our History
Our clients take comfort in the fact that our team is supported by resources and relationships built through over 35 years in the business. Our rich family history spans three generations, Maxwell Speiser established Speiser Dabran Management in 1978, and today his son Michael Speiser and grandson Evan Speiser are the company’s second and third generation leaders.
Our highly dedicated and experienced management team has a proven track record. Each building in our residential portfolio has had substantial gut rehabilitation, or an entirely new construction. We take pride in our timely responsiveness to property issues that may arise while taking particular consideration not to disrupt the daily living conditions of our tenants.
